NHS Trusts
CBW Surveyors Ltd is retained by two major NHS Trusts in the west Midlands. The principal instructions are in respect of minimising the considerable amount of rates payable by the Trusts, especially due to the material changes in circumstances relating to buildings on the sites, eg demolition of some buildings, vacating parts of premises, the leasing of parts of buildings, change of use of buildings etc. Consequently CBW Surveyors Ltd has also been instructed by the Trusts to advise on lease terms to third parties including negotiating rent reviews under the terms of the leases.
